Countries covered by our DDP service include, but are not limited to:
Exceptions — A Small Number of Destinations: For a very limited number of countries where DDP service is not available, customers may be responsible for local customs clearance and any applicable import duties. In such cases, we will contact you after your order is placed to explain the situation. If you are not comfortable with self-clearance or additional fees, we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.

We ship to 200+ countries and regions worldwide. All delivery timeframes listed above apply globally. Actual delivery times may vary slightly by destination due to local postal network conditions.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Exceptions
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

- Port closures or labor actions
- Adverse weather or natural events
- Customs inspection or clearance delays

THORN GARDEN is not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances.
Order Interception & Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be intercepted or recalled. If you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, you must refuse delivery or return the package upon receipt in order to initiate a refund.
