Exceptions — A Small Number of Destinations: For a very limited number of countries where DDP service is not available, customers may be responsible for local customs clearance and any applicable import duties. In such cases, we will contact you after your order is placed to explain the situation. If you are not comfortable with self-clearance or additional fees, we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.

We ship to 200+ countries and regions worldwide. All delivery timeframes listed above are based on domestic United States shipping as a reference. Actual delivery times for other countries and regions may vary due to local postal network conditions, customs clearance, and regional logistics factors.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Exceptions
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or seasonal peak periods
- Port closures or labor actions
- Adverse weather or natural events
- Customs inspection or clearance delays
- Circumstances beyond our control
Oversized & Overweight Items — Special Routing: Certain items that exceed standard carrier size or weight limits must be shipped via special logistics channels. As a result, actual transit times for these items may be longer than the estimated timeframes shown above. If your order is subject to special routing, we will notify you accordingly.
THORN GARDEN is not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances.
Order Interception & Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be intercepted or recalled. If you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, you must refuse delivery or return the package upon receipt in order to initiate a refund.
