Exceptions — A Small Number of Destinations: For a very limited number of countries where DDP service is not available, customers may be responsible for local customs clearance and any applicable import duties. In such cases, we will contact you after your order is placed to explain the situation. If you are not comfortable with self-clearance or additional fees, we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
International Shipping
We ship to 200+ countries and regions worldwide. All delivery timeframes listed above are based on domestic United States shipping as a reference. For general shipping inquiries, please reach us at thorngarden1@gmail.com.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Exceptions
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or seasonal peak periods
- Port closures or labor actions
- Adverse weather or natural events
- Customs inspection or clearance delays
- Circumstances beyond our control
Oversized & Overweight Items — Special Routing: Certain items that exceed standard carrier size or weight limits must be shipped via special logistics channels. As a result, actual transit times for these items may be longer than the estimated timeframes shown above. If your order is subject to special routing, we will notify you accordingly.
THORN GARDEN is not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances.
Order Interception & Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be intercepted or recalled. If you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, you must refuse delivery or return the package upon receipt in order to initiate a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see “Defective or Incorrect Items” below).
Return Shipping Requirement
All return shipments must use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method — meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees must be fully prepaid by the sender before dispatch.
Please Note: Any return shipment that arrives without DDP coverage — where customs duties or import fees remain unpaid — will be refused upon arrival. THORN GARDEN reserves the right to reject non-compliant return shipments. In such cases, the return will be considered void and no refund will be issued.
If you need guidance on arranging DDP return shipping, please contact us at thorngarden1@gmail.com before sending your return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thorngarden1@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Custom & OEM Orders: All custom-manufactured and OEM orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced. Please ensure all specifications are confirmed before placing a custom order. Contact us at thorngarden1@gmail.com with any questions prior to ordering.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating the process.

After setting up this St. Andrew's Cross, I am blown away by the stability. The frame is heavy-duty and stays perfectly still during use, which provides a great sense of security.
Craftsmanship: The red and black upholstery is flawlessly finished with no chemical smell.
Functionality: The placement of the D-rings is ideal for various attachments, making it highly versatile.
Verdict: This is a professional-grade piece that feels like it belongs in a high-end studio. Truly impressive.
I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a free-standing St. Andrew's cross, but this one exceeded my expectations. The steel frame is heavy-duty and doesn't wobble at all during use. The padding is thick and comfortable, which is essential for longer sessions. Assembly was straightforward with the included tools. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their dungeon!
I'd been watching this for months and finally bought it during the Black Friday sale. So glad I waited! The quality is incredible and it works perfectly. Best purchase I've made in a while!
I recently purchased a cross from Thorn Garden and I am extremely impressed with the quality. The cross is very sturdy and well-made, and I am confident that it will last for many years to come. I highly recommend Thorn Garden to anyone looking for a high-quality, durable cross.
This wall-mounted bondage cross is incredibly sturdy and secure. Once installed, it feels rock solid and does not wobble or tip, providing a safe and reliable restraint point for play. The solid construction ensures it can handle vigorous use without any concern about stability.
The St. Andrews cross is extremely stable and safe to use. It's made of high-quality materials and has a well-thought-out construction. The fact that it can be dismantled and stored discreetly is a big plus.
