Duties & Taxes — What You See Is What You Pay
Countries covered by our DDP service include, but are not limited to:
Exceptions — A Small Number of Destinations: For a very limited number of countries where DDP service is not available, customers may be responsible for local customs clearance and any applicable import duties. In such cases, we will contact you after your order is placed to explain the situation. If you are not comfortable with self-clearance or additional fees, we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
International Shipping
We ship to 200+ countries and regions worldwide. All delivery timeframes listed above are based on domestic United States shipping as a reference. Actual delivery times for other countries and regions may vary due to local postal network conditions, customs clearance, and regional logistics factors.
If you require a precise delivery estimate for your location, please contact us directly and we will provide the most accurate information available for your destination.
For general shipping inquiries, please reach us at thorngarden1@gmail.com.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Exceptions
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or seasonal peak periods
- Port closures or labor actions
- Adverse weather or natural events
- Customs inspection or clearance delays
- Circumstances beyond our control
Oversized & Overweight Items — Special Routing: Certain items that exceed standard carrier size or weight limits must be shipped via special logistics channels. As a result, actual transit times for these items may be longer than the estimated timeframes shown above. If your order is subject to special routing, we will notify you accordingly.
THORN GARDEN is not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances.
Order Interception & Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be intercepted or recalled. If you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, you must refuse delivery or return the package upon receipt in order to initiate a refund.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. For pre-shipment cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible at thorngarden1@gmail.com.

Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
✓ Item is unassembled, unused, and in its original condition
✓ All original hardware, components, and accessories are included
✓ Item is in its original, undamaged packaging
✓ Receipt or proof of purchase is provided
✓ Return has been pre-approved by our team
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see “Defective or Incorrect Items” below).
Return Shipping Requirement
All return shipments must use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method — meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees must be fully prepaid by the sender before dispatch.
Please Note: Any return shipment that arrives without DDP coverage — where customs duties or import fees remain unpaid — will be refused upon arrival. THORN GARDEN reserves the right to reject non-compliant return shipments. In such cases, the return will be considered void and no refund will be issued.
If you need guidance on arranging DDP return shipping, please contact us at thorngarden1@gmail.com before sending your return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thorngarden1@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
In cases of confirmed damage or error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by THORN GARDEN.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Custom & OEM Orders: All custom-manufactured and OEM orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced. Please ensure all specifications are confirmed before placing a custom order. Contact us at thorngarden1@gmail.com with any questions prior to ordering.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating the process.
How to Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround and guarantees stock availability.

Very great! I can recommend the seller and that collar. Very heavy and solid and unbreakable. Very fast delivery!
This was a custom order I asked for the size I needed and how I wanted it made The builder had it done when it was to be shipped there was a problem and the shipper damaged the item The builder sent me a message that he was going to fix the problem And did so without me having to do anything and then sent it a faster way to the USA without extra charge The item is perfectly made I am so happy
Good item, delivered on time.
Woooooow superfast, lightning shipping...! Heavy quality, not cheap sheet metal! The lock works well, the hoop itself is cleanly crafted and has no burrs. Can be used without hesitation. I am very pleased. What I personally find a bit stupid is that the O-ring is fixed and cannot be removed (without destroying it), but that is not a criterion for me.
AMAZING collar! Heavy duty and incredible quality. Original package was lost in the mail, but seller shipped another promptly. Working with this seller was easy, and the product is fantastic. I will absolutely be purchasing more items from this store. Thank you!!!
A very solid well made lockable/removable collar! Love it!
This collar is amazing! Not for light bottoms, though! Amazing craftsmanship! Excellent customer service! 12/10 would buy again!
This collar is wonderful quality. I literally only bought it for my Nagito Komaeda cosplay because I'm extra, but it will surely be used beyond cosplay since im so happy with it! Shipped nice and quick too
fast delivery, made to measure, good quality

The weight of the collar puts her into instant submissive state of mind. The lock is of good quality.
