Oversized & Overweight Items — Special Routing: Certain items that exceed standard carrier size or weight limits must be shipped via special logistics channels. Order Interception & Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be intercepted or recalled. If you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, you must refuse delivery or return the package upon receipt in order to initiate a refund.

Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see “Defective or Incorrect Items” below).
Return Shipping Requirement
All return shipments must use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method — meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees must be fully prepaid by the sender before dispatch.
Please Note: Any return shipment that arrives without DDP coverage — where customs duties or import fees remain unpaid — will be refused upon arrival. THORN GARDEN reserves the right to reject non-compliant return shipments. In such cases, the return will be considered void and no refund will be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Custom & OEM Orders: All custom-manufactured and OEM orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced. Please ensure all specifications are confirmed before placing a custom order. Contact us at thorngarden1@gmail.com with any questions prior to ordering.

How to Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround and guarantees stock availability.

At the time of this review, I have not used it yet. But I should note that I have been after this particular dungeon piece for decades.
Pros
It is a sturdy piece of furniture, made with a metal frame, and decent padding on the bed.
The winch mechanisms are superb and easy-to-use.
The whole piece is intimidating!
Customer service was very good at communicating on the status of the shipment.
Cons
The website states that shipping usually takes 9 to 13 business days. This took almost a full month to arrive, and I had to renegotiate with customer service on shipping it in pieces which came in 8 boxes.
The metal frame comes pre-drilled with holes with threaded inserts, however, they missed drilling some holes and inserts for the angle support brackets for the legs. There are visible punch points where holes should have been drilled.
It did not come with assembly instructions. Even with the lack of pre-drilled holes, there is an excess amount of hardware.
For American buyers, this rack is over 13 feet long. Plan your play space accordingly!
Be aware that using this piece of furniture as designed, qualifies as “suspension play” It does not come with panic snaps, and the restraints it did come with are not designed for suspension play.
