Duties & Taxes — What You See Is What You Pay
Countries covered by our DDP service include, but are not limited to:
Exceptions — A Small Number of Destinations: For a very limited number of countries where DDP service is not available, customers may be responsible for local customs clearance and any applicable import duties. In such cases, we will contact you after your order is placed to explain the situation. If you are not comfortable with self-clearance or additional fees, we will arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
International Shipping
We ship to 200+ countries and regions worldwide. All delivery timeframes listed above are based on domestic United States shipping as a reference. Actual delivery times for other countries and regions may vary due to local postal network conditions, customs clearance, and regional logistics factors.
If you require a precise delivery estimate for your location, please contact us directly and we will provide the most accurate information available for your destination.
For general shipping inquiries, please reach us at thorngarden1@gmail.com.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Exceptions
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or seasonal peak periods
- Port closures or labor actions
- Adverse weather or natural events
- Customs inspection or clearance delays
- Circumstances beyond our control
Oversized & Overweight Items — Special Routing: Certain items that exceed standard carrier size or weight limits must be shipped via special logistics channels. As a result, actual transit times for these items may be longer than the estimated timeframes shown above. If your order is subject to special routing, we will notify you accordingly.
THORN GARDEN is not liable for delays caused by the above circumstances.
Order Interception & Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be intercepted or recalled. If you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, you must refuse delivery or return the package upon receipt in order to initiate a refund.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. For pre-shipment cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible at thorngarden1@gmail.com.

Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
✓ Item is unassembled, unused, and in its original condition
✓ All original hardware, components, and accessories are included
✓ Item is in its original, undamaged packaging
✓ Receipt or proof of purchase is provided
✓ Return has been pre-approved by our team
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see “Defective or Incorrect Items” below).
Return Shipping Requirement
All return shipments must use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method — meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees must be fully prepaid by the sender before dispatch.
Please Note: Any return shipment that arrives without DDP coverage — where customs duties or import fees remain unpaid — will be refused upon arrival. THORN GARDEN reserves the right to reject non-compliant return shipments. In such cases, the return will be considered void and no refund will be issued.
If you need guidance on arranging DDP return shipping, please contact us at thorngarden1@gmail.com before sending your return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thorngarden1@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
In cases of confirmed damage or error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered by THORN GARDEN.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Custom & OEM Orders: All custom-manufactured and OEM orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced. Please ensure all specifications are confirmed before placing a custom order. Contact us at thorngarden1@gmail.com with any questions prior to ordering.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating the process.
How to Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround and guarantees stock availability.

This is furniture-grade BDSM equipment. The red leather finish is gorgeous and the metal hardware is beautifully finished. It looks like a piece of art but performs flawlessly. Discreet packaging was appreciated too.
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to assemble and use the rack. The instructions were clear, and all parts were included. Fantastic product!
The quality to price ratio is off the charts! This is the perfect beginners kit if you want to dabble in bondage.
I have tried other BDSM rack before, and I have seen some pretty cheap stuff. A lot of "affordable" rack are not high quality and are prone to breaking if you use them during rough play. Not this rack! I was so amazed at how well this product worked. It is perfect for beginners as it offers something for everyone. I am not disappointed, and I am telling you now that if you want to step into this world, this is a great start for you! I rarely do reviews, but this was excellent!
Good quality.
Great quality, exactly as described, highly recommended
First, this product is of very high quality. The quality is much superior than the price would let it seem.
I contacted customer support because I was missing 2 items. They immediately offered to fix the issue and acted on it quickly.
I highly recommend this product and the company.
This is amazing we love it it’s the best purchase and it is easy to use.
All products are sturdy, i wish the different sized cuffs had labels on them. Would buy again.
